We're Hiring:
FM Cost Control Engineer
– Cairo Branch (Dokki)

We're looking for a talented
FM Cost Control Engineer
to join our projects team and support our operations in the
Facility Management sector
.

Location:
Cairo Branch – Dokki

Key Responsibilities

  • Create estimated budgets and cash flow plans for FM projects.
  • Monitor purchase orders, payment requests, and all project expenses.
  • Perform detailed data analysis and reporting using advanced tools such as
    Power BI
    .
  • Develop dashboards and resource tracking sheets to monitor financial performance.
  • Communicate with all departments to gather and verify data.
  • Prepare professional reports in English (written & spoken proficiency required).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSc)
  • 3+ years of experience
    in Cost Control — preferably in the
    Saudi market
  • Strong background in
    Facility Management (FM)
    projects
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills
