Role Description:

We are looking for a Procurement Engineer to join our team at MORX for Firefighting Solutions in Nasr City, Cairo.

This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for evaluating suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring that procurement operations align with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and qualify vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability.

Prepare and manage RFPs/RFQs with clear specifications and deadlines.

Perform cost analysis and negotiate best terms with suppliers.

Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Liaise with engineering and QC teams to verify technical and quality requirements.

Manage supplier contracts, track delivery schedules, and ensure timely execution.

Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in procurement or a closely related discipline.

Solid background in vendor evaluation and contract negotiation.

Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or procurement systems, plus strong Excel skills.

Familiarity with technical drawings and quality control standards.

Certifications such as CPP, CPSM, or APP are a plus.
