Job Description:
We are looking for a
Digital Ads Specialist
with proven experience in managing successful advertising campaigns on
Google Ads
and
LinkedIn Ads
, preferably within the
B2B sector
.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for
planning, executing, and analyzing ad campaigns
aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and achieving the best return on investment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Google and LinkedIn.
- Analyze target audiences and define effective targeting strategies.
- Generate regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Continuously optimize ads, keywords, and budgets to maximize performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to enhance campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure message consistency.
- Monitor budgets and ensure optimal use to achieve campaign goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of
2 years of experience
managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns. - Proven track record in
B2B marketing
(products or services targeted to businesses). - Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent reporting and performance analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Google Ads
or
LinkedIn Marketing
certifications are a plus.
