B2B Account Executive

We're looking for a B2B Account Executive to join our client's dynamic team and play a key role in bringing sustainable partnerships to life.
Reporting directly to the B2B Partnerships & Growth Manager, you'll be the link between clients, production, and design teams ensuring every collaboration runs smoothly, meets expectations, and reflects Up-Fuse's mission of sustainability and social impact.

Responsibilities
- Support the B2B Partnerships & Growth Manager in nurturing strong relationships with corporate, NGO, and institutional clients.
- Serve as the primary daily contact for client communications, updates, and coordination.
- Prepare client briefs, follow up on feedback, and ensure full alignment throughout each project stage.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate between design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date project trackers, budgets, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in preparing tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging sustainability trends.
- Update and maintain client data and project pipelines using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to document and share success stories from B2B projects.
- Help manage LinkedIn and email marketing outreach to generate B2B leads.
- Support the setup and monitoring of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns under the Partnerships Manager's guidance.
- Ensure all communication materials reflect Up-Fuse's sustainability-driven voice and values.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or business development (experience in sustainability, design, or marketing agencies is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities — professional, collaborative, and client-focused.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, with familiarity in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and digital marketing practices.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- A team player who is proactive, reliable, and passionate about purpose-driven work.
