Position Overview:

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies across various channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of driving the brand forward while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing team in creating and implementing effective marketing plans.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 12+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on leadership roles.

3. Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

5. Proven experience in brand management and digital marketing.

6. Excellent leadership qualities with experience in team development.

7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
