Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Support annual business planning cycles across departments.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
  • Coordinate with departments to collect inputs, validate submissions, and consolidate strategic reports.
  • Maintain and update departmental scorecards, tracking execution progress across all business units.

Performance Management

  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics for departments, partners, and company-wide objectives.
  • Assist in developing performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Review submitted reports for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with agreed targets.
  • Conduct variance analysis and flag deviations with actionable recommendations.

Partner Strategy & Governance Coordination

  • Track partner-level strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with governance frameworks.
  • Support preparation of management committee packs, strategic partner meetings, and board reporting.
  • Maintain partner contribution scorecards and related documentation.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Develop clear, concise, and insightful reports for management, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze performance trends, identify areas of concern, and highlight improvement opportunities.
  • Consolidate cross-functional data and translate into actionable intelligence.

Process Development & Improvement

  • Participate in building internal processes, policies, and templates related to strategy & performance.
  • Support the automation and simplification of performance monitoring processes where possible.

Departmental Coordination

  • Act as a coordination point between Strategy & Performance and all other departments.
  • Follow up on departmental commitments, data submissions, and periodic updates.
