Looking for a highly strategic and hands-on content strategy & SEO expert to accelerate our organic traffic. Selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a full-funnel content roadmap directly tied to measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact, contract role designed for an expert who can quickly deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

A. Strategic SEO Roadmap

* Content Strategy: Develop a 3-6 month content roadmap based on keyword-gap analysis, competitor analysis, and customer intent mapping. Focus areas include topical authority, high-intent keywords, and commercial pages.

* Technical Audits: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits (crawl budget, site structure, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and indexation) and deliver prioritized, actionable tickets for our development team.

* Link Building: Define and execute a scalable, white-hat link-building and digital PR strategy to increase Domain Authority (DA/DR).

B. Content Management & Optimization

* Briefing & Production: Create detailed SEO-first content briefs (including target keywords, required headings, search intent, and internal linking strategy) for internal or external writers.

* Optimization: Conduct on-page optimization on high-priority existing content to boost rankings (e.g., refreshing stale content, improving internal linking, optimizing title tags/meta descriptions).

* UX/CRO: Partner with the marketing team to ensure content is optimized for user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO), not just search rankings.

C. Reporting & Analysis

* Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO and content KPIs (Organic Traffic, Keyword Rankings, Conversion Rate, Revenue Per Visitor).

* Data-Driven Adjustments: Provide weekly insights and recommendations, adjusting the content and SEO roadmap based on performance data from analytics tools.

Required Skills & Experience (The Must-Haves)

* 5+ years of demonstrable, hands-on experience in Content Strategy, Technical SEO, and Growth Hacking.

* Proven track record of significantly increasing organic traffic and revenue (e.g., case studies showing 50%+ YoY organic growth).

* Expert proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs or SEMrush), Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.

* Deep understanding of how to achieve topical authority and successfully navigate Google's core algorithm updates.

* Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear, prioritized business objectives for leadership and execution teams (writers, developers).
