Alpha med is looking for an experienced medical director to join our team

Location : First New cairo (On site)

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Lead the medical and clinical evaluation teams to assess the safety and efficacy of new cosmetic products.
  • Oversee clinical trials and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with R&D to guide the development of new formulations based on scientific research and dermatological insights.
  • Provide medical expertise and support during product launches, marketing campaigns, and consumer education efforts.
  • Act as a key liaison between regulatory agencies, internal teams, and external stakeholders regarding product safety and scientific integrity.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on product knowledge, safety, and dermatological considerations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest scientific research and industry trends to inform product development and innovation.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree with a specialization in dermatology, cosmetic science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical role within the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance related to cosmetic products.
  • Proven experience in conducting and overseeing clinical trials and product evaluations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights to enhance product development.
  • A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and advancing health through innovative products.
