The Senior FP&A Analyst supports the Finance team in preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reports that help guide business decisions. The role involves analyzing financial performance, tracking key metrics, and assisting in preparing insights for senior management. Responsibilities

  • ]Assist in preparing the annual budget and periodic financial forecasts.
  • ]Support month-end and quarter-end performance reviews with variance analysis.
  • ]Maintain and update financial models to track business performance.
  • ]Analyze revenue, cost, and margin trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • ]Support management reporting, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • ]Collaborate with other departments (Operations, Marketing, HR) to collect and validate financial data.
  • ]Help improve reporting tools and streamline FP&A processes.
  • ]Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial information across reports.

Requirements

  • ]Education:] Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • ]Experience:] 2+ years in FP&A, finance roles
  • ]Technical Skills:
  • ]Solid Excel skills (financial modeling, pivots).
  • ]Understanding of financial statements and key performance indicators.
  • ]Familiarity with ERP or reporting systems (e.g., Odoo, Power BI) is a plus.
  • ]Soft Skills:
  • ]Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • ]Detail-oriented, with high accuracy in reporting.
  • ]Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • ]Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment
