Playing a critical role in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize profitability and efficiency. Focusing on revenue modeling, cost analysis, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with business goals while adapting to the fast-paced nature of the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, analyzing key revenue and cost drivers.
  • Collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance against targets.
  • Build, maintain and enhance financial models to support decision-making on pricing, unit economics, and revenue streams.
  • Analyze key fintech metrics such as ARR, GMV, CAC, LTV, churn rate, and gross margin.
  • Support scenario analysis and sensitivity testing for new business initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
  • Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and provide actionable insights.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for senior management and investors.
  • Provide financial insights to product, commercial, and operations teams to improve business performance.
  • Assist in investment analysis, pricing strategy, and cost optimization projects.
  • Support fundraising, investor presentations, and M&A due diligence if needed.
  • Leverage BI tools and automation to improve financial reporting efficiency.
  • Enhance forecasting accuracy using AI-driven predictive analytics.
  • Support ERP system enhancements and process optimization in financial workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance, preferably in a fintech or financial services company.
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA, Macros).
  • Proficiency in FP&A tools (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Oracle Hyperion, Workday Adaptive Planning).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Experience with data analytics & BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, SQL.
  • Knowledge of fintech KPIs and their financial impact.
  • Full knowledge of key financial statements.
