Job Summary:

The QC Section Head is the guardian of our product excellence. You will be responsible for leading the QC team and ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the stringent quality and safety standards synonymous with the Al-Rifai name. This is a critical leadership role that combines technical expertise with people management to foster a culture of continuous quality improvement.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, manage, and mentor the QC team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on excellence and accountability.

·      
Quality Systems Management:

Ensure full compliance with all food safety standards, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and other relevant regulatory requirements.

·      
Product Quality Assurance:

Oversee the entire quality control process, including the testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

·      
Investigation & Corrective Action:

Lead thorough investigations into quality deviations, customer complaints, and non-conformities. Develop and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

·      
Documentation & Reporting:

Manage all quality control documentation, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date. Prepare and present detailed quality reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

·      
Education:

A 
Bachelor of Agriculture in Food Science and Technology

(or the General section with relevant food science coursework) 
is a must.

·      
Experience:

o  A minimum of 
5 years of experience in a Quality Control role within food manufacturing.

o  At least 
2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role

, directly managing a team.

·      
Technical Expertise:

In-depth knowledge and practical experience with HACCP, GMP, and standard food laboratory techniques.

·      
Personal Skills:

o  A strong leader and a proactive problem-solver with excellent analytical skills.

o  Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

·      
Location:

Candidates must be residents of Banha or Quesna

to ensure proximity to our manufacturing facility.
