Ultimatrue Engineering Industries is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Supply Chain Executive to join our team. This role will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes, including logistics management, customs compliance, inventory planning, ERP systems integration, and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless flow of materials, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver on-time, cost-effective solutions aligned with business objectives.

As a key member of the supply chain team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations that meet international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Logistics Management: Design, implement, and optimize logistics strategies to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery of goods across the global supply chain.

•   Customs Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of customs regulations and ensure compliance with all import/export laws to avoid delays, fines, and disruptions.

•   Supply Chain Operations: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring that materials are available and production schedules are met without interruptions.

•  Shipping (Air Freight & Sea Freight): Manage and optimize both Air Freight and Sea Freight operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods. This includes selecting appropriate shipping methods, coordinating with freight forwarders, managing documentation, and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.

•  Experience with the Nafeza platform for customs clearance and documentation is essential to ensure compliance and smooth movement of goods.

•  ERP Systems Integration: Leverage ERP systems to streamline supply chain processes, ensure accurate data management, and monitor performance across all stages of the supply chain.

•  Collaboration & Coordination: Partner with procurement, production, engineering, and other departments to align supply chain activities with overall business strategies and operational needs.

• Reporting & Analysis: Produce regular reports on supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategies for enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

•  Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial or Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.

•  Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, ideally within the industrial or electronics engineering sectors.

Technical Expertise:

•  In-depth knowledge of logistics management, customs regulations, and supply chain operations.

•   Proven experience in inventory management, shipping logistics, and order fulfillment.

•   Expertise in Air, Land, and Sea Freight operations, including documentation, coordination with freight forwarders, and shipping methods optimization.

•  Experience with the Nafeza platform for customs clearance and managing related documentation.

•  Strong proficiency in utilizing ERP systems for process optimization and data tracking.

Key Skills:

•   Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

•   Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

•  Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of process optimization and continuous improvement.

•  Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with global partners and teams.
