Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Organizational Development (OD) Specialist located in Al Jizah, Egypt. The OD Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing organizational development programs and strategies to enhance workforce performance and team collaboration. Key tasks include conducting needs assessments, developing training programs, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with leadership to align initiatives with organizational goals. The role will also involve creating change management strategies and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Organizational Development and Change Management skills
  • Learning and Development, Employee Training, and Needs Assessment experience
  • Performance Analysis and Process Improvement expertise
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with human resources practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Masters' degree or professional certification in OD or HR is an advantage
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of relevant tools or software
