Senior Sales Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated, multitasking, and supportive team player at AGCO Properties, a leading Dubai-based real estate company specialized in selling and leasing luxury properties across the UAE. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the telesales process, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality client interactions in the Dubai Market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and manage leads in the CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and financial requirements over the phone.
  • Maintain an extensive and accurate database of available properties for sale.
  • Develop tailored strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to buy.
  • Negotiate effectively with clients to close deals and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication and reporting with the Telesales Manager.
  • Call, qualify, and connect with leads and potential prospects to generate business opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and support to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Mentor and assist team members in achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Participate in training sessions as required to stay updated on market trends and sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • bachelor degree holder(any major is acceptable )
  • english proficiency is a must (b2 level or above )
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate industry 1-3 years is a must .
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills , Ability to multitask and manage a small team effective
  • Positive attitude, leadership mindset, and results-driven approach.
