Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Sheikh Zayed, Cairo, Egypt. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, ensure the efficiency of workflows, manage resources, and enforce company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include team supervision, budget management, process optimization, and supporting the execution of the organization's strategic goals. The role also involves building and maintaining strong internal and external partnerships and ensuring the seamless functioning of all operational aspects to align with SANE's mission and values.

Qualifications

  • Operational Management, Process Optimization, and Resource Allocation skills
  • Team Leadership, Staff Supervision, and Collaboration abilities
  • Financial Planning, Budget Handling, and Analytical Decision-making skills
  • Strong knowledge of policy implementation and organizational development
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
  • Understanding of the creative and cultural sectors is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 5 years in operational leadership minimum
