Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Human Resources Specialist will oversee HR operations, including developing and implementing policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new hires, maintaining personnel records, supporting talent management initiatives, and addressing employee concerns. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture and contributing to the company's strategic HR goals.

Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices, including recruitment, training, and employee relations
  • Experience in HR Management and implementing effective HR policies
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an HR role, preferably within the design or manufacturing industry
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
