Our Company is seeking (
Jewelry Sales Associate
) to assist us in preparing developing and executing our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Provide detailed information about product features, quality, and care.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and display cases.
  • Stay updated on current jewelry trends, collections, and product knowledge.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and service requests in line with company policies.
  • Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and security procedures.
  • Uphold the brand's image and ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in retail sales , preferably in jewelry & diamonds industry.
  • Basic understanding of gold types, karats, weights, and market value is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Very good in English.
  • Excellent communication and Teamwork skills.
