Senior Operations Manager – Real Estate Brokerage

Location: New Cairo - South 90 - HSBC Building

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: Head of Department

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize the operational functions of our real estate brokerage. This role is responsible for enhancing efficiency, ensuring compliance, supporting agent productivity, and driving scalable growth across all business units. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate operations, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily brokerage operations, including transaction management, agent support, compliance, and office administration.
  • Develop, implement, and refine operational processes to improve workflow and productivity.
  • Ensure all brokerage activities comply with state, local, and national real estate regulations.
  • Partner with leadership to set operational goals, track KPIs, and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for agents and staff.
  • Streamline and maintain systems such as CRM platforms, transaction management software, and internal reporting tools.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor operations staff to meet performance expectations.
  • Support financial operations such as budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Identify operational risks and implement preventative measures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of operations experience within a real estate brokerage or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions, compliance requirements, and industry systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
  • Proficiency with brokerage software (CRM Platforms).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and build scalable processes.
