Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Specialist, based in Qesm Qasr El Nile. The E-Commerce Specialist will manage and oversee online retail platforms, develop and implement e-commerce strategies, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities include monitoring website functionality, analyzing sales data, optimizing product listings, coordinating promotional campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in e-commerce platforms, website management, and online sales optimization
  • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies
  • Skills in analytics tools for monitoring and interpreting website performance, traffic, and sales data
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, content management systems (CMS), and visual merchandising techniques
  • Excellent organization, time-management, and project coordination abilities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with various teams
  • Familiarity with F&B e-commerce or hospitality is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field
