About the Role

Digital Marketing Specialist
located in
Qesm El Nozha
. We are looking for a highly motivated and creative
Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Create, curate, and manage digital content (blogs, social media posts, newsletters, etc.)
  • Optimize website content for SEO and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics
  • Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
  • Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI and KPIs
  • Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging and brand-aligned marketing materials
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Coordinate with external agencies or vendors when needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related role
  • Solid understanding of SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
  • Experience with SEO and SEM
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Fintech or B2B digital campaigns
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms
