Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Maadi. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels, analyzing web performance, and optimizing online campaigns. The role also involves creating content for online marketing efforts, monitoring trends, and tailoring strategies to meet business objectives effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing strategies
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing and managing various platforms effectively
  • Strong skill set in Web Analytics and using data to optimize campaigns
  • Excellent Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms relevant to digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Experience in developing content targeted to client audiences is a plus

Key responsibilities

  • Campaign Management:
    Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive PPC (Google Ads, Social Media Ads) and display advertising campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
  • SEO & Content Strategy:
    Conduct keyword research, optimize website content (on-page and technical SEO), and collaborate with the content team to ensure high search engine visibility and organic growth.
  • Social Media:
    Manage and grow the company's presence across key social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Email Marketing:
    Design, build, and deploy engaging email marketing campaigns and automated workflows (lead nurturing, segmentation) using our CRM/Email platform.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and evaluate emerging technologies.
