Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a
Sales Supervisor DELTA Region in the Medical Device sector.
Based in Ţanţā, the role allows flexibility with some tasks performed from home. Core responsibilities include managing and leading a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, training team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The candidate will also analyze market trends and customer needs to devise targeted strategies for achieving organizational sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Team Management and Leadership skills to supervise and motivate a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact with clients and maintain relationships.
  • Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop data-driven strategies.
  • Experience in providing Training to team members and supporting their professional growth.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client accounts efficiently in the medical device sector.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred for effective communication with a diverse client base.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or healthcare-related fields.
  • Proficiency in using sales management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
