Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site Retail Sales Executive
role located in
Cairo, Giza, Tanta & Alexandria
Egypt. The Retail Sales executive will be responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of products "
Home Appliance, Smartphones, Laptop Specs, IT & Accessories"
, providing exceptional customer service, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales goals. Day-to-day tasks include recommending products to customers, maintaining the store's visual appearance, organizing and restocking merchandise, processing payments, and resolving customer concerns.

Job Requirements:

  • Same Retail industry Preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in Home appliance, Smartphones, Accessories & laptop sales field.
  • Excellent product knowledge and a passion for technology and consumer electronics.
  • Retail sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer concerns in a professional manner.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
