IMMEDIATE HIRING:
Procurement Coordinator

Hospitality OS&E | Pre-Opening Hotels

Location: 6th of October, Giza, Egypt

Work Setup: On-site

Employment Type: Full-time

About Us Luxury Hospitality is a global leader in FF&E and OS&E solutions with 15+ years of experience and 50+ iconic luxury hotel projects worldwide.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue RFQs to suppliers and conduct cost comparisons
  • Review Proforma invoices and ensure budget compliance
  • Source products and explore new suppliers/markets
  • Coordinate with suppliers and prepare technical/commercial quotation data
  • Manage submittal approvals, purchase orders, and material schedules
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery aligned with project deadlines
  • Oversee material specification and approval processes

Qualifications

Education
:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

Experience
:

  • 1-2 years of procurement/foreign purchasing experience

Skills
:

  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong negotiation and attention to detail
  • Excellent deadline and priority management
  • Preferably residing in or near 6th of October City
