๐๐จ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Alexandria, Egypt
๐ ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ-๐๐ข๐ฆ๐: 9:00 AM โ 5:00 PM - 2 Days off
What you 'll do:
โข Supervise and assist in dry-dock operations, including repair specifications, progress monitoring, and final inspections.
โข Conduct vessel visits to assess machinery condition and maintenance needs.
โข Support the implementation of Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS) onboard vessels.
โข Prepare and manage technical documentation, ISM records, and requisitions.
โข Participate in vessel preparation for Class Surveys, PSC inspections, and office DOC audits.
โข Coordinate with workshops, vendors, and service engineers for repair jobs and spare parts arrangements.
โข Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards within approved budgets and timelines.
What we 're looking for:
โขย ย ย ย Bachelor's degree in marine / mechanical engineering.
โข 2โ3 years of sea-going experience as a Third Engineer onboard vessels.
โข Proven dry-dock or ship repair experience with solid understanding of marine systems and machinery.
โข Microsoft Office and technical reporting
โข Knowledge of class rules, ISM documentation, and PMS systems.
โข Excellent communication and coordination skills with workshops and suppliers.
