We are seeking an experienced 
Senior Odoo Developer
 with over 
6 years of hands-on experience
 in developing, maintaining, and integrating ERP solutions. The ideal candidate is an expert in 
Odoo ERP
, especially in its 
Accounting, HR, and Procurement
modules, with proven experience in system integration and team leadership. Strong familiarity with 
Agile and Scrum
 methodologies is essential for ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Odoo ERP within the organization and integrate it with existing systems.
  • Build scalable, high-quality Odoo applications, particularly for intellectual property management.
  • Integrate Odoo with external platforms such as 
    Saudi Post, Nafath, Etemam, SPM
    , and internal systems.
  • Design and develop custom Odoo modules to support core business functions (Finance, HR, SCM).
  • Define and implement business workflows aligned with operational requirements.
  • Oversee application enhancements, feature configurations, and performance tuning.
  • Manage and configure Odoo databases and environments to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support, training, and user documentation.
  • Maintain source code using 
    Bitbucket, GitHub
    , and ensure collaborative development practices.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver customized Odoo ERP solutions on time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems
    , or a related field.
  • Minimum of 
    5–6 years of professional experience
     in Odoo development.
  • Strong proficiency in 
    Python
     and Odoo development (preferably versions 
    v13–v18
    ).
  • Solid understanding of 
    PostgreSQL
     database architecture.
  • Front-end development skills: 
    JavaScript, HTML, CSS
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    REST APIs
     and 
    XML-RPC
     integration methods.
  • Experience with version control tools like 
    Git, Bitbucket, GitHub
    , and deployment in 
    Linux
     environments.
  • Working knowledge of 
    Agile
     and 
    Scrum
     development methodologies
