Job Summary

The SAP Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end design, configuration, and optimization of business processes, ensuring seamless integration across modules while maintaining compliance with
IFRS standards and KSA localization requirements
. You will act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, procurement teams, finance owners, and IT to deliver a robust, scalable enterprise solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the FICO, MM, and PP streams through the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
  • Oversee the configuration of Assets, Accruals, AP/AR, FICA, MRP, and Production Planning modules within S/4HANA.
  • Drive efficiency in "Procure to Plan" (P2P), "Requisition to Fulfillment" (R2F), and "Source to Pay" (S2P) cycles.
  • Ensure tight integration between Finance, Controlling, Sales & Distribution (SD), and Supply Chain modules.
  • Ensure all financial operations meet legal, audit, and regulatory standards (KSA localization).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance to junior consultants and end-users, facilitating training and knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are highly preferred.
  • 15+ years of Extensive experience in SAP implementation, with a proven track record in lead or managerial roles.
  • Hands-on experience with S/4HANA migrations or greenfield implementations.
  • Proficiency in Contract Accounting (FICA), Advanced Financial Closing, Parallel Accounting, and Dunning.
  • Deep knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), vendor management, inventory optimization, and production scheduling.
  • Familiarity with ABAP (for debugging purposes) and SAP Fiori.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
