Pipeline Gurus is looking for a knowledgeable Financial Accountant specializing in Egyptian Law. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our financial practices conform to Egyptian laws and regulations, while also managing the company's financial records with precision and integrity.

Your expertise in local accounting standards and regulations will enable you to prepare comprehensive financial statements, conduct audits, and provide insights about financial performance in compliance with Egypt's legal framework. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our mission of financial transparency and accountability.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain financial records in accordance with Egyptian accounting laws and standards
  • Compile and prepare accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax laws, and stay updated on legislative changes
  • Conduct internal audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for better decision-making
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes in accordance with local regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial practices with overall business objectives
  • Educate staff on compliance with Egyptian financial regulations and best practices
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance financial processes and improve efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Accountant or in a similar role with a focus on Egyptian law
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Egyptian accounting principles and regulatory frameworks
  • Proficiency in accounting software used within Egypt and MS Excel
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle complex financial data
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CMA preferred
  • Experience in financial analysis and regulatory compliance is advantageous
