Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Electrical/Mechanical Procurement Engineer located in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves managing procurement processes for electrical and mechanical components, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and project deadlines. The candidate will assess suppliers, negotiate contracts, prepare purchase orders, and maintain relationships with vendors. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with engineering teams to ensure specifications are met and providing technical expertise in evaluating bids and equipment requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and Maintenance
  • Experience in Inspection processes and quality assurance
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Previous experience in procurement engineering, particularly in the construction or industrial sectors, is an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Qesm El Maadi
