Your Tasks:

  • Developing communications such as presentations, event support materials and brochures.
  • Coordinate with Agency all related social media pages, campaigns, videos, posts, influencers, customers inquires.
  • Interfacing with marketing communications functions, as well as PR, events, retail, and business product marketing teams to develop the online manifestations supporting their plans.
  • Supervising of digital touch points, including website, social networking landing pages, and mobile.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
  • Retaining and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.
  • Follow up on the implementation and proper display of outdoor campaigns, ads, events, merchandising … etc.
  • Coordinate work between marketing team and others functions in the company.
  • Archiving contracts and makes sure all our events activities are executed properly.
  • Revising catalogues, price list and flyers.
  • Coordinate & manage factory visits for all Mena region under supervision of Communication Manager.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree of Mass Communications/ Business Administration/Marketing.
  • 2+ year of hands-on experience in communications or in related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic Language.
  • Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Xcel, Power Point). Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be an asset.
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
  • Strong Interpersonal communication skills.
  • Time management skills
  • Creativity and excellent presentation skills
  • Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
  • Owns a car.
