Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personnel Specialist, located in Qesm 1st Tanta. The Personnel Specialist will handle employee management tasks, develop and implement training programs, craft job descriptions tailored to organizational needs, and oversee personnel-related programs. This role requires active communication with both employees and management teams to ensure workplace efficiency and foster a positive working environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Personnel Management, with a focus on employee coordination and organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
  • Experience in Program Management and development of employee-related initiatives.
  • Capability in Training and workforce development.
  • Knowledge in Job Description Development to align roles with company goals.
  • Ability to work on-site at the Qesm 1st Tanta location.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
