Job Summary

Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, ensuring that all construction activities are executed within approved time frames, resources, and budget. The Planning Engineer supports project management by providing reliable progress reports, forecasts, and schedule analyses.

Job Description

  1. Prepare, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera .

  2. Coordinate with project teams to gather progress updates and ensure data accuracy

  3. Develop baseline schedules and identify critical paths to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

  4. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including time impact analysis and delay notifications.

  5. Monitor resource allocation (manpower, equipment, and materials) to optimize performance and efficiency.

  6. Review subcontractors' schedules and integrate them into the main project schedule.

  7. Perform forecasting and schedule risk analysis to identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions.

  8. Support project management and cost control teams in preparing cash flow forecasts and progress billing schedules.

  9. Participate in project meetings and provide planning insights for decision-making.

  10. Ensure compliance with company procedures and contract requirements.

Job Requirements


• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.


• 5+ years of experience in planning within a construction company (preferably infrastructure, landscape, or Fit out projects).


• Strong understanding of project planning principles, critical path analysis, and earned value management.


• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
