Work Location:

Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and import/export operations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage logistics, import, and export operations from shipment planning to final delivery.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, and customs clearance agents.
• Prepare, review, and follow up on all shipping and logistics documents (B/L, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
• Ensure smooth customs clearance in compliance with local regulations and procedures.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
• Handle operational issues and resolve shipment-related challenges efficiently.
• Ensure on-time delivery according to agreed timelines.
• Prepare operational and cost-related reports as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations and import/export.
• Solid knowledge of shipping, customs clearance, and logistics procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good command of the English language is preferred.
