Role Description

Maintain and update the litigation case management system with accurate and up-to-date information.

Prepare, organize, and file legal documents, pleadings, and court submissions.

Track court hearings, deadlines, and case schedules, ensuring timely follow-up.

Assist in compiling documentation, and case files for legal proceedings.

Monitor progress of litigation cases and provide status updates to management.

Ensure proper archiving of all legal records in compliance with company policy.

Support the legal team in preparing reports, summaries, and presentations for management.

Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, and coordination of meetings.

Receiving and Processing Petty Cash Settlement Requests

Prepare and review the settlement documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate and follow up with the Accounting Department until final settlement is completed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
  • Strong Communication skills and a commitment to exceptional Customer Service
  • Basic knowledge of Finance and financial systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
  • Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
