This role is responsible for designing and executing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing. It requires a strong command of digital marketing analytics and the ability to apply data-driven insights to shape strategies and guide decision-making.

Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, social media marketing, or related fields from reputable organizations (Google, Meta) is a plus.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing with exposure to the e-commerce industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of different digital media channels (Google Ads, META, TikTok, Snapchat and others)
  • Experience in analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization strategies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs, utilizing channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROAS.
  • Monitor the agency execution, ensuring they adhere to campaign strategies, budget guidelines, and performance targets.
  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and analyze data to identify key insights and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Work closely with creative, content development teams to ensure all creative is developed in line with current best practices.
  • Provide campaign analysis and monthly reporting - track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct competitive and industry analysis to stay abreast of market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and gain insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve website user experience, landing page performance, and overall customer journey.
