is currently hiring a
People Operations Manager
for one of our partners, a leader in the retail Motor Vehicles field.

Job Summary:

The People Operations Manager focuses on optimizing the employees experience, streamline HR processes and fosters a strong, positive company culture. This role has primarily responsibility for payroll and benefits administration, employee satisfaction, compliance to country-specific labor laws. This role is central to scaling our business by enhancing efficiency, mitigating risk, and ensuring our operational frameworks can support rapid growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse people data and metrics (ex. Attirtion, engagement scores, ) to identify trends, drive insights and recommend improvements.
  • Develop, maintain and ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures and employee guidelines
  • Responsible for the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy of payroll input, including (salaries, bonuses, deductions, payroll ), benefits administration and record keeping.
  • Manage and optimize HRIS and other People Management platforms, ensuring data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
  • Ensure the organization is compliant with all local labor laws and regulations, including (tax filings, social security, and any statutory deductions.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations, social insurance, labor laws and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Translate workforce planning into detailed costing for all business units in Egypt.
  • Collaborate with Finance on people budgets and forecast monthly related expenses.
  • Oversee corporate agreements with benefits providers.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and recommend improvements to support company objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for all employees, managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, mediating disputes and providing guidance to employees & managers.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in People Operations role.
  • Strong and proven analytical skills.
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, HR analytics tools) and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving common goals.
