Role Description

We are hiring on behalf of our client for an
on-site Cold Calling Team Leader
located in
Zahraa El Maadi
.

The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of cold calling representatives, ensuring daily and weekly targets are achieved. The role involves monitoring team performance, providing coaching and feedback, implementing strategies to improve conversion rates, and maintaining a motivated, goal-driven work environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of cold calling representatives
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure targets are met
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback
  • Develop and implement cold calling strategies
  • Prepare performance reports and communicate results to management
  • Maintain a positive and motivating work culture

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a
    Team Leader
    or
    supervisory
    role within a
    cold calling
    or
    call center
    environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and performance metrics
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and productivity tools
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
