Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sustainability & LEED Project Manager located in Qesm El Maadi. The Project Manager will be responsible for Lead and oversee the LEED certification process from project initiation through final certification.


• Develop and manage LEED scorecards, documentation, and timelines.


• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to integrate sustainable design strategies.


• Review project specifications and submittals to ensure LEED compliance.


• Conduct sustainability workshops and provide technical guidance to the design and construction teams.


• Manage communication with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).


• Track, collect, and submit all necessary documentation for LEED credit approval.


• Stay current with updates in LEED rating systems and sustainability standards.

  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Architecture, or related field


• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) credential preferred.


•Proven experience managing LEED projects.
