]We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to consolidate and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources including RMS and ERP systems to drive data-based decision-making. The ideal candidate will demonstrate Excel excellence (advanced formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, macros, etc.), perform comprehensive data analysis, and identify trends and relationships across over 55,000 SKUs. This role will focus on developing and maintaining weekly and monthly performance scorecards, analyzing daily rates and best sellers, and transforming raw data into actionable insights that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, consolidate, and clean data from multiple internal and external sources, including RMS, ERP systems, and sales platforms.
  • Perform detailed data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations between key business metrics (e.g., sales, pricing, inventory, seasonality, and performance).
  • Build and maintain advanced Excel dashboards using formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and data visualization tools.
  • Develop and deliver weekly and monthly scorecards for tracking product performance across 55,000+ SKUs.
  • Analyze daily sales rates, inventory movement, and best-selling products to support forecasting and strategic decisions.
  • Integrate data from RMS and ERP systems to ensure accurate reporting and alignment across departments.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all systems and reports.
  • Automate recurring reports and optimize data workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Present insights and recommendations to Marketing Director through clear visualizations and executive summaries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas, data modeling, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with RMS and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle RMS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Experience managing and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data relationships and dependencies (e.g., product, sales, inventory, pricing).
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Background in retail, e-commerce, or inventory-driven environments is a plus.
