Role Overview:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in driving Envnt's growth by generating qualified leads, nurturing inbound and outbound prospects, and building relationships that contribute to our expanding client base in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and the wider GCC.

You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Partnership teams to identify opportunities, schedule discovery meetings, and support pipeline development for our AI, Low-code, and Automation solutions.

Location:
Hybrid – Egypt

Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and engage potential leads within target industries (Government, Financial Services, Insurance, Energy, and Telecom).
  • Qualify inbound leads generated from campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach to generate new opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Envnt's service offerings, value propositions, and technology partnerships.
  • Manage and update CRM with accurate prospect data and activity logs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead-generation campaigns and improve conversion metrics.
  • Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and account executives / regional sales managers.
  • Track performance metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked, qualified opportunities).
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in AI and Low-code ecosystems.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or IT.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a Sales, SDR, or Business Development role (preferably in IT / SaaS / digital transformation).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficient in CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software, low-code platforms, or cloud solutions is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and organized.
  • Ability to work remotely with international teams.
