Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven
Telesales Executive
to support our
SaaS business line
by generating and qualifying B2B leads through outbound calling. This role plays a critical part in building our travel partner pipeline and accelerating revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective B2B travel agencies and corporate travel partners.
- Pitch Holidayme's
SaaS travel technology solutions
and clearly articulate product value. - Qualify leads, identify key decision-makers, and book demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM.
- Follow up through calls and emails to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Achieve daily and monthly call, lead qualification, and demo-booking targets.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of telesales or outbound sales experience, preferably in
SaaS, travel tech, or travel B2B solutions
. - Strong communication, objection-handling, and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to work with targets and KPIs in a high-volume calling environment.
- Basic understanding of SaaS sales cycles and B2B customer needs is an advantage.
- Experience using CRM systems and standard productivity tools.
- Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
