Job Title:  Telesales Executive / Representative

Location: Nasr City, Cairo (Full-Time, On-Site)

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Purpose

As an Odoo Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and promoting Odoo ERP solutions. Your goal will be to identify sales opportunities, explain product benefits, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a passion for technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads and databases.
  • Introduce Odoo ERP solutions, modules, and services to potential customers.
  • Identify client needs and explain how Odoo can address their business challenges.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads via email or phone as needed.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on Odoo features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably in IT/software/ERP sales.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems (Odoo experience is a big plus).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (Odoo CRM knowledge is advantageous).
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or IT is preferred.
