Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost Control Engineer at Green Modeling Contracting. The position is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Cost Control Engineer will oversee and manage project costs, develop cost control plans, monitor expenditures, prepare project cost reports, and ensure all costs align with the approved budget. The role involves working closely with project teams to maintain budgetary control and support effective project execution.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management to monitor project budgets and finances effectively.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to analyze cost data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Cost Reporting and Project Control to create accurate financial reports and maintain control over project progress.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle complex budgets and schedules.
  • Relevant professional experience in construction or related fields.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction management tools and software is a plus.
