Job Title:
Cost Control Engineer

Project Location : Cairo

Responsibilities:

  • Budget Development
    : Assist in the development of project budgets, including estimating costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Cost Monitoring:
    Track project expenditures and compare them against the budget to identify variances and potential issues.
  • Reporting:
    Prepare and present regular reports on budget status, forecasts, and variances to project management and stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis
    : Analyze data related to costs and project performance to identify trends, forecast future expenses, and support decision-making.
  • Change Management
    : Evaluate the financial impact of changes in project scope and assess the need for budget adjustments.
  • Collaboration
    : Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure that all costs are accounted for and controlled.
  • Risk Assessment
    : Identify potential risks that could affect project costs and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Compliance
    : Ensure that all financial practices adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement
    : Recommend improvements to cost control processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil /Arch Engineering
  • 2-5 Years Of Experience
