Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Administrative Capital, Egypt, for a Senior Specialist at the Career Services Office. The individual in this position will be responsible for coordinating with employers to establish partnerships and create job opportunities for students and alumni. They will provide career coaching, assist with resume building, conduct mock interviews, and organize career-related events and workshops. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality career services.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with students, alumni, employers, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage operational tasks, organize events, and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service skills to support students and alumni with their career development needs and address inquiries promptly.
  • Basic Accounting skills to prepare and manage budgets related to career services initiatives.
  • Proficiency in using office applications and career-related software is preferred.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Experience in student services, human resources, or career counseling is advantageous (4 years experience)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
