About the Role

Tagaddod is looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you'll connect with potential customers to promote our innovative waste management solutions, helping build a cleaner, more sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Tagaddod's waste management services.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that emphasize the value of our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a solid track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales methodologies.
  • Passion for environmental sustainability and understanding of waste management is a plus.
  • Fluent Arabic is required.
  • Graduates only.

Work Conditions

  • Location: Maadi
  • Working Hours: 8 hours + 1 break
  • Schedule: 6 days per week (1 day from home, 5 onsite)
