Junior Account Manager

As a Junior Account Manager at PSdigital you will be responsible for supporting our experienced Account Managers in managing the day-to-day needs of our clients. You will assist with project coordination, client communication, campaign monitoring, and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing 

Key Requirements:-

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. creative, media, analytics) to ensure timely delivery of client projects and campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular status updates to clients
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to share insights and recommendations
  • Assist with the development of marketing strategies and campaign proposals
  • Support the growth and retention of client accounts

Qualifications:-

  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics (e.g. SEO, social media, email)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities
