About the Job:

We're looking for an
Associate Product Manager
to support our product team in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle. You'll work cross-functionally to help turn product vision into reality, contribute to discovery and research, and use customer insights and data to inform decisions as we build and scale our fintech platform.

What you'll do:

  • Product Vision and Alignment:
    Work closely with the co-founders and product manager to support turning the product vision and strategy into actionable plans, ensuring roadmap priorities align with user needs and business goals.
  • Product Discovery:
    Contribute to product discovery by exploring user problems, gathering insights, and supporting the team in defining clear, data-backed solutions.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    Assist in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle through discovery, delivery, experimentation, GTM, and post-launch follow-up.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Coordinate across engineering, design, sales, and operations to support smooth coordination throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Customer Engagement & Market Research:
    Assist in engaging with customers through feedback sessions and surveys and contribute to market research to inform product positioning and identify opportunities in the fintech space.
  • Product Analytics:
    Assist in monitoring and analyzing product metrics to evaluate performance, measure releases impact, and generate insights that guide data-driven decisions.
  • Documentation:
    Prepare and maintain product documentation, including PRDs, feature briefs, and release notes, to ensure clear communication across teams.
  • Process Improvement:
    Assist in enhancing product management tools and processes to improve team efficiency, tracking, and collaboration.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion).
