Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Associate located in Qesm El Maadi. The Call Center Associate will handle customer inquiries, provide high-quality customer service, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing calls, addressing questions or concerns, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer needs efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and a strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Experience
  • Familiarity with Contact Centers and experience in managing incoming and outgoing calls effectively
  • Basic Computer Literacy, including the ability to use customer relationship management systems and other productivity tools
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer inquiries professionally
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus
