Associate Product Manager

**Job Purpose**
Our vision for Instabug is to provide the tools so every mobile team can build a stable app. A world where app ratings are solely judged by the value provided by the app and not by its stability.
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager who showcases outstanding technical depth, critical thinking, well-honed product judgment, a high design bar, and a mentality of starting with our users and working backward We cultivate a learn-by-doing philosophy - 90% of the info you need, you will learn on the job.
This is a hybrid role - most work will be remote and we get to meet in office once/twice a week.
**What you’ll do**
- Understands and have empathy with the needs of Mobile developers.
- Understand markets, competition, and user workflows in depth.
- Build product roadmaps that drive user success and work closely with various cross-functional partners to execute it.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to discover feature ideas and collaborate with engineers, designers, researchers, and data analysts to help guide feature development
- Drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, execution, release, analysis, and iteration
- Strategically evolve and grow existing products and services to deliver a better user experience constantlyEnable GTM teams on how to sell and position your product.
**What we’re looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Demonstrated ability to learn fast, be resourceful, and be creative.
- An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences.
